This is very close to Hungarian Guljas ( i think this is how it is writen) but In better version. Of course I never tried with Worcestershire sauce, possible that the taste will be entirely different. However, I will try to find some tomorrow and try this recipe. My hubby loves a good homely meal after a long day of work.
