I'd prefer to enjoy my pumpkin oatmeal just the way it is shown in the picture above- pecans, cranberries and perhaps a dollop of real whipped cream. Add that sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, as well! I notice a lot of these oatmeal recipes call for almond milk, and not only is that for health reasons but for taste as well! YUM
