I am a fan of oatmeal. I KNOW steel cut oatmeal is way better for me and much more healthy. But who has time to stand at the stove top to cook it? Not me. A slow cooker steel cut oatmeal recipe is just the thing I needed to see! I like that I can customize it with all these delicious toppings of my choice. And it will have a lot less sugar than the instant kind that I am used to. A couple hours in the cooker and it is ready.
