This is a fabulous combination to make a flavorful enchilada that everyone will want again and again. You will have your chicken cook all day with your salsa and then you will add in the cream cheese later. Then you can add tortilla strips, a little cheese and a half a jar of olives. After mixing that together you can put the slow cooker back on for 45 minutes before serving hot and fresh.
