This recipe looks really good! I love that she went to the trouble to make the cream soup substitute, it really seems like it will not take any time at all to make, and then add everything to the slow cooker and you are good to go for dinner. There are also options available to make this in the oven, or to freeze and then cook in the oven. This also seems ideal, if you are going to be in a rush and dont want to use your slow cooker the next day you can just pull this casserole out of the freezer the night before.
