Before reading this, I had never heard of spaghetti lasagna. This looks delicious, and I love it because it is in the slow cooker. The recipe looks so easy, too! This would be so great to throw in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to a great meal. You could make some garlic bread to go with it and still have dinner on the table at a decent time.

lasagna made with spaghetti? How wonderful! And how interesting that it contains alfredo sauce and spaghetti sauce and pesto sauce. My family will love this. We have pasta every week, so I will be making this soon. We'll have it with salad and garlic bread.
