You are a cook after my own heart. I love Sweet Baby Ray's too!!! Do you use just regular bacon, or do you pick up thick, applewood smoked or something along those lines. I seen a few dishes with thick pepper bacon in it too. Any of them sounds good to me because well, it's bacon!
