You had to add the Ritz crackers, didn't you? I am already hooked, and I haven't even had the time to make this dish yet, but all the ingredients are on my grocery list so that I can make it next week. I think butter and meat go hand in hand. There is just something about butter that brings out the flavor of the meat.
