This looks like a really good recipe and I'd love to make it, but there isn't anything indicating number of servings and I'd love to see nutritional information, too, since I'm diabetic and have to count carbs. Thanks

This is exciting to see a way to make chicken crispy in the slow cooker. I am lucky, my slow cooker has a browning function, so I can brown the chicken, then switch it over to slow cook. This will be a great weeknight dinner with mashed potatoes and another veggie or two!
