I made this recipe for my dinner last night, VERY GOOD, and easy to make. Since I only cook for one (me) I had to make some adjustments. I use a 2 qt slow cooker so I cut the ingredients to 1 chicken breast, 1 potato (cubed) just a sprinkle of the seasonings and used a cooking spray instead of the oil. My adjustments don't always come out acceptable but this one did - will definitely use again.
