Two-Ingredient Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
Two-Ingredient Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken is a no-brainer recipe to use during the busy workweek. Not only can this be a main dish on its own, it can also be used in tacos, burritos and other creative dishes. You can keep some frozen chicken breasts on hand and a jar of your favorite salsa, and at a moment's notice, you have the makings of a delicious dinner. You shred the chicken and throw in the slow cooker with your sauce to soak up the juices. Tasty, easy and fun for any night of the week.

This is such an easy recipe that it really makes you question why you did not think of it. I always have different salsas in the house because I prefer it over ketchup. Yes I use it instead of ketchup. I can see using the different salsas with pork as well. There is no excuse not cook anymore if you have a slow cooker. And you have enough for ore than one meal. Thank you.

It is too hot to cook today, but never too hot to use my crock pot. I will be making this dish today for dinner. It will be served on a whole bun. A salad on the side will make this a meal complete.

I absolutely love that you put in various ways to make this dish healthy and tasty at the same time. I can see myself making this and serving it with some brown rice or on wheat tortillas for my family. It sounds so easy, I don't know why some of us never thought of something so easy before. It is a great way to keep those calories in check and have a tasty meal. Much thanks!

After reading the recipe variations for this delicious looking entree', I am so ready to try this on my own at home. It does not get any easier and cheaper than this. And most people have rice on hand to serve this over it to complete your meal. Personally, I would like to add a can of black or pinto beans to the chicken mix to add even more flavor variety. Good job on this recipe idea!
