Do I have to use the sour cream, or can I use something like cream cheese or yogurt instead? I prefer the cream cheese. I just love the flavor of it compared to the sour cream. My mom makes a coffee cake with sour cream that I adore, so maybe I should try it both ways and see what each tastes like.
