Could you wait the five minutes for the brownies to cool before you jumped in and took a bite? I know there is no way that I could have waited even a minute after they finish to dive in. I love Cadbury's eggs. They are my favorite candy from all of the holidays. I could eat them all day, long. I am not so sure I would have been as generous as you, or I may have put a large one on my part of the dessert.
