This sounds like a dessert to make for an anniversary. It sounds so rich and sweet. I love the addition of the rum in the topping. I think that just seals the deal for this cake. Cherry Coca Cola was one of my favorite drinks as a teen, so I am sure that this will make me think of that flavor.
