I love that you use ingredients that diabetics can use to have a nice dessert that will not be too bad for them at the same time. I like the flavors you chose. I bet this is nice for family members that have a sweet tooth, but need to keep desserts healthy.

Now this recipe might not taste exactly the same as grandma's fudge, but it is surely a game changer for those trying to cut down on the calories and the sugar content! I'm so happy to see that artificial sweeteners aren't used, since there is so much controversy nowadays as to whether that stuff is really good or bad for you. Thanks for the tip about the sugar free vegan chocolate chips! I haven't seen them where I shop, but I plan to order them online.
