Salty and sweet! Such an awesome sounding recipe! I love it!. Thin mints are my all time favorite and these ingredients really sound like they will mix together well. The buttery sweet of the Ritz is what it will take to give the cookies that sweet, rich taste I am waiting for the whole time.

I have never tried the Keebler Grasshoppers but the Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies are our all time favorite. I plan on making these this weekend. It is something about making your own instead of buying that always seem to taste better and when guest come over and you have fresh home baked cookies instead of store bought it always is a nice touch.

O.M.G.!!! I absolutely LOVE thin mints! Who would have thought Ritz and chocolate together would be a good idea? Not having Thin Mints available all year round was a good way to limit my consumption but now I can make them myself! Bring on the stretchy pants! )

Thin Mints are so tasty. I can't believe you can make them in a slower cooker. What a welcome surprise!
