- vegetable cooking spray
- 4 cups V8 V-Fusion Peach Mango Juice
- 1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or golden raisins
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with the cooking spray. Stir the juice, rice and cranberries in the cooker.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the rice is tender, stirring once during cooking.
