Thank you for the note about the water making the chocolate seize up. Do you just use a towel under the jar as you are removing it and then set it out of place of the others? I know I like to use a mix of chocolates like you did when I make fondue. I can't just use one kind of chocolate. I like to add flavors to mine as well. One time we had coconut, peppermint, orange mint, chili and chocolate, and caramel and chocolate.
