This pie looks amazing. I don't think your guests would even know that you took the easy way out and plopped a ready made pie crust, mixed a handful of ingredients, and cooked it in the slow cooker! My CrockPot is round, so mine will make that traditional round pie versus this oval one. What I love is that she provides a good nutrition listing, where you'll discover that this is not a low cal or low sugar treat! But YUMMM
