This recipe looks so delicious. I can't wait to make it. I love oatmeal cookies, bars, etc. and the addition of the white chocolate will add something special. Sometimes I just want something sweet and this will be perfect. And since they are homemade - there are no calories. Only kidding.

Does the use of two blends of oats make a good mix texture wise? Is that why you blended some of them? I think this sounds really tasty and delicious. I want to try them now. I love peanut butter cookies. What a great idea! I can put this together for a bit of afternoon snacking or a dessert. Either way it would work great!
