KristaC, I haven't made a cake in a slow cooker, either. It makes me curious what the texture will be like. I am unfamiliar with the ingredients Swerve sweetener and whey protein powder, but it's fun finding new ingredients and trying new slow cooker recipes. This cake does look delicious. It will make a great Spring dessert.
