Wow, does this recipe look great! I think I will have to keep it mind for St. Patrick's Day. I agree about cutting the recipe in half, too.

I have never made a drink in my crock pot but I will have to save this recipe and try it. I will have to cut this recipe in half when I do it make it. Eight cups will be too much for just me and hubby.
