This could not be more simple to do. But somehow I think that a two cup Nutella would not be nearly enough for a family. Eh? -) The addition of caramel would up the ante here. Fresh, soft caramels could be added into the pot, couldn't they?

Oh, yum! What could be better than a Nutella hot chocolate for pure decadence? I could see myself whipping this up for a chocolate-themed holiday party or for a cold winter's night when the snow is falling thick and heavy outisde. Delish!
