Slow Cooker Beef Barbecue
"This Slow Cooker Beef Barbecue is an easy dump-and-go dinner that only requires 5 minutes of prep! I took my mom's stove top beef barbecue recipe and adapted it for the Crock Pot, which works perfectly. It's a simple weeknight dinner that we enjoy year-round. In the warm weather months, we use the shredded beef barbecue on top of salads, stuffed in baked potatoes, tucked in sandwich buns, or rolled in wraps. Add some coleslaw and potato chips and dinner is done! This is a great freezer meal as well!"

I do love a good barbecue sandwich. Usually I cook it with pork. It's less fat, a little more healthy, and it is usually cheaper to buy. Anyway, we are not red meat eaters in this house, but I would go out of my way to buy the roast for this! I am amazed at how easy it all seems to come together, too.

Beef barbecue is a great meal any time of year. I love to serve it in the summer with potato salad and baked beans and in the fall and winter with fries and cole slaw. Slow cooker beef is so tender and so easy to prepare. I'm watching for roasts to go on sale.

This beef barbecue recipe looks so easy and delicious. I also love the idea of freezing the meat to use at a later date.
