Slow Cooker Mexican Stuffed Peppers

Another great recipe. I would cook the ground a bit before I stuff the tomatoes though. With all those ingredients the turkey will not be dry which sometimes happen. I am sure you can try it with ground beef as well if you cook the ground beef first. It just looks so delicious. I love stuffed peppers so this will be great. Thank you.
