Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Parmesan
"I LOVE a great and easy dinner. Who Doesn’t? With school, sports, work, ugh, clubs, family time…I really need a few (or more than a few) go to easy dinners to make. Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Parmesan is JUST that. I can throw this into the slow cooker in the morning (I mean I can get it in there in 5 minutes) and with 10-15 more minutes when I get home? I have a dinner that my whole family will gobble up. That’s my kind of dinner."

This is a great healthy alternative to the classic chicken parm sub! Since it doesn't involve a huge hoagie roll and a breaded fried chicken patty, it is much lower in fat, calories, and carbs! You could scoop this on top of a salad for lunch, make wraps with it, or even use the leftovers as a tasty pizza topping!
