Slow Cooker Sausage Green Beans and Potatoes
We have a great recipe to share for a menu item during the week that takes like no time in the kitchen, but is a one-pot meal that you will not be able to resist. Slow Cooker Sausage Green Beans and Potatoes is quick and easy to prepare for those busy nights when you have little time to get dinner on the table. The no salt seasoning is nice because it has great flavor without the added sodium. Some added pepper also gives your easy slow cooker sausage and potatoes dish a little notch up in the flavor department. You can prepare this one-pot meal the night before, turn on your slow cooker when you leave for work, and your dish is hot and ready when you return.

This recipe looks so simple to put together that even my husband could do it, and his idea of cooking is putting a frozen pizza in an oven. I love using smoked sausages in slow cooker recipes, since you don't need to really do anything to them first, like searing. Just cut it into portion size chunks and you're d to go. The flavors of the sausage permeate the potatoes and they are so good.

The pictures of this recipe are making me hungry! As much as I use my slow cooker, I have never cooked smoked sausage in it. I can't wait to try this. I wonder how many potatoes I should use...the recipes just says one bag of potatoes. This looks like the perfect weeknight meal.
