Slow Cooker Vegan Tomato Cream Sauce
"A simple vegan tomato cream sauce made in the slow cooker. Using cashews for creaminess, but with no need to make the cashew cream separately - they just soak into the tomato sauce as it cooks and then everything is blended together at the end to form a deliciously smooth, rich sauce to mix into pasta. This uses minimal ingredients but you can build on it by adding some veggies, wine, chili, extra herbs - anything you like to make this your own."

I have never had tomato cream sauce before. It looks so delicious. The cashews probably cut down on the acid in the tomatoes as well. I have to try this recipe. I love my pasta and this will be delicious on top. Plus I love cashews and it will probably add a nice flavor. Thank you.
