Burrito Bowls are one of our go-to lunch favorites. Unlike the blogger, we do have a few Chipotle restaurants in the area, but we usually go to a different chain eatery. The only difference in this recipe and the restaurant version is that everything is lumped in at once. No selecting different components, which could be a problem. I like spicy but my wife doesnt, so Ill substitute sun-dried tomatoes for the Ro-Tel. I can always add sauce later.
