This is truly so easy to put together. Shrimp is something we do not eat enough of in this family. And we all love it. I just have trouble coming up with a different dish to make other than shrimp fried rice or jambalaya. I love lemon! I would make this at home for sure. By the way, don't try to substitute with those tiny salad shrimps. They cook down even smaller. Defintely use the large shrimps. They're more money but worth it.
