wow, this has to be the cheesiest mac and cheese ever. It sounds even better than most macaroni and cheese recipes with the addition of creole seasoning, hot sauce, and chili powder. So it must be a lot of creamy goodness with a bite to it. This has to be extremely filling, so I expect us to have leftovers.
