THis looks delicious. Can't wait to try it out. Will definitely make sure to use thicker pork chops!

I like that Tammy mentioned not to use the thinner cut of pork chop. I think I will cook mine with boneless pork loin chops instead of bone-in. My family seems to prefer the ease of eating the pork without taking it off the bone for some reason, but I think the flavor is better with the bones, don't you?

Although my family has not yet been served, I just finished cooking these pork chops. I saw the recipe yesterday and just happened to have all I needed to make it. This is absolutely one of the best recipes ever. Do not use thin chops or it could be very dry. Mine were about an inch thick...maybe a little more. I doubled the sauce recipe based on suggestions and that will be just enough for my family to have with dinner, both on their chops and their potatoes. This really seems to be a TRUE no fail, easy and delicious recipe! I give this ten stars!

Hi Tammy. I am not a pork chop person but my husband loves them. When he makes them he is always burning my pan so I am looking for a different way for him to make them. This looks like a good recipe and you said you would give it 13 stars. Is the sauce like a sweet and sour sauce? He is picky about his food and he eats and I was wondering what the sauce taste like. Did you add anything else besides making more sauce which I will do because he puts a lot on his mashed potatoes. I think I will give it a try since you said it was a hit. Thanks.
