Is there something else I can use instead of the caraway seeds? I have never used them before, and I don't want to buy them for this dish alone. Right now, I have no other recipe that calls for them. I like that you use white wine vinegar in this dish. I think it gives the pork a bold flavor profile.

ummm ..... see where it says "click here for the recipe" in green type..... click it. Took me straight to the recipe, granted it is on another webpage that opened in a new tab but still goes right to it. Tried this today, the pork was good and very tender, however I'm not a big fan of sour cream so probably wont make the gravy part again.
