Easy Pork Roast
This recipe for pork roast is not only a stick-to-your bones kind of meal, it's quick and easy to make. This Easy Pork Roast is great in a pinch when you need something hearty to serve. All you have to do is smother the pork shoulder with a slightly spicy, yet delicious, Hungarian pepper spread (or really any kind of spread you enjoy) and let it cook. Homemade mashed potatoes and baked Brussels sprouts complete this entree. Serve it up for a special occasion or a weeknight meal. Your family will love it!

How long do I cook the roast in the crock pot? Would it be the standard six to eight hours? I like that you can just throw this in the crock pot on your way out the door in the morning or while you clean house and run errands. I am always so busy, but want something delicious to feed my family, so this will fit into our schedule just fine.

I am so excited to find this recipe today! I have the Ninja cooking system, but I always use it as a slow cooker. It does a great job but now I can use it for roasting and have a tasty pork roast for dinner tomorrow. We will have it with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli, Can't wait for tomorrow's dinner!
