I love that you kept this dish simple and easy to assemble and get going. My mom swears by K.C. Masterpiece even though we are in Ohio. I am not as partial, but it does have a specific flavor, doesn't it? I love ribs as long as they are gooey and sticky and full of smoky flavor.
