Back in the day, I thought mushrooms were so flavorless and boring, that you couldn't pay me to eat them. But throughout the years I've learned there are many different ways of bringing out their naturally amazing flavor, and now I can't get enough of them. I love the combination of pork with mushrooms...there's nothing like it! This would definitely be a great addition to your favorite potato dish, regardless of what it is.
