    I don't know what it is, but when you pair the flavors of pork and fruit together, it always turns out great. I've had pineapple glazed pork before, and frequently cook it with apples, so I can't wait to try this peach version. It seems very southern to me! Smaller bite size pieces might be nice over some long grain and wild rice.
