Is there a way to make this a one-step recipe? I am not big on cooling the roast and using it the next day. My kids will have it gone before I get up the next morning. I love the use of lime and orange juice. I bet it adds a nice flavor profile to the meat.

Hi SissieSass, the pork is cooled to separate the fat from the cooking juices, since that is what forms the sauce. Since I'm not sure how to work around that step, I'd comment on the blogger's recipe on her site and see what she suggests. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
