Back to work and so is my slow cooker. This recipe will be perfect. Have to go grocery shopping tomorrow and buy the ingredients. Can't wait to try it. Looks yummy!

I have never cooked ribs in a slow cooker ever. Did not know you could without them staying pink. I am glad to see you can and I like this recipe. I do not eat ribs but my family does but lately the ribs I have been baking in over have been very chewy. My husband even cooked on grill and they still were so I par boiled some and he grilled and they still were. I am going to give this a try because most times the crock pot makes things very tender and the bell peppers and sweet Rays barbecue which my sons love should give it that extra kick. I think I will serve it with some corn on the cob with lots of butter.
