My local market always has good prices on pork so this recipe is really a good one for me. I love the asian favoring. It is easy to get with all the asian markets around me. And another dish I can serve over rice. I do like my rice. I like the fact that you add the broccoli in the last half hour. This way it does not get soggy. Thank you.

I love that tamari is used in the sauce - it give the meat a rich umami flavor without being overkill on the salt content. The main sauce ingredients are all in 1/4 cup increments, which makes it really easy to remember how to make it without having to look up the recipe every time! I used a lean pork tenderloin for this, cut up into bite sized strips, since I had one in the freezer, and this was very good.
