Do you prefer to use light or dark molasses in this recipe? I know that it makes a difference when you use dark or light brown sugar, so I am sure that the type of molasses is a big deal here too. I love that you use toasted sesame seeds. I think they add so much more flavor instead of adding them raw. I think I may keep the marinade because I work long hours and it will help keep the roast from drying out on me before I get home.

Hi SissieSass, since the blogger doesn't specify light or dark molasses, I would say either is fine. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes

I like all the ingredients in this recipe. Sesame seeds tend to bring cooking up a notch. I wonder is honey could be substituted for the molasses, as I seldom have it on hand? I would also prefer to use pork tenderloin. #BestIdeaEver.
