Can I use thinner pork chops or just make this as a pork loin? I don't typically use chops that thick. We try to keep ours at about a half an inch so that it makes easier portions to serve instead of cutting up the meat after it is cooked. It lets us keep extra portions aside for lunch or other dinners by freezing the right size portions.
