All Day Carolina-Style Pulled Pork
Slow cooker pulled pork recipes are excellent meals to make in large quantities to eat with baked beans, on sandwiches and as leftovers. This recipe for All Day Carolina-Style Pulled Pork is no exception. The pork is cooked in a thin, vinegary sauce, which gives it tons of flavor and tang. Serve this pork on a bun with a pile of cole slaw and extra barbecue sauce, or eat it plain right out of the slow cooker if you can't wait. This pulled pork recipe also refrigerates well for leftovers throughout the week.

How much garlic would you use if you were using fresh garlic in this recipe? I have a lot of it, and I need to get it used up. I think this will be a perfect recipe to use it in, but I am not sure how much to use.
