This dish just makes my mouth water every time I look at it. Can you serve this dish hot, straight from the crock pot, or do you have to refrigerate to get the fat off the pork? I want to make this as simple as I can, but I am not sure I want to add the extra steps and time to do the cooling and skimming. I would rather throw it together and eat later.
