These Cola BBQ Chicken Sandwiches make the perfect meal for lunch or dinner. Every bite is packed with flavor. Paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper season this slow cooker BBQ chicken. Ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar give it a BBQ flavor. This recipe also calls for whiskey as well as cola. The whiskey gives an additional taste to the sauce. Cola makes the shredded BBQ chicken tender and juicy. Shred the chicken after it's done cooking. Then, serve it on buns with your favorite toppings and extra sauce.

Who would ever think that garlic, ketchup, and pop would make a great barbecue sauce, but it sure does, doesn't it? I love adding various roast ingredients together to see what kind of sandwich meats I can make. I have to say that this is one of my most favorite chicken sandwich recipes. It is so juicy.
