Should I use a couple more packs of the Au Jus when I am making four pounds of the meat? I imagine it would be much better because with one pack per one and a half pounds, when you double that to three you should double the packets right? Four would almost be triple. I think it would add more flavor if you add more packets of the Au Jus.
