This pulled pork is wonderfully juicy and has great bold flavors, but I especially love the bonus slaw recipe! This versatile side dish comes together with minimal prep from the use of the pre - shredded bagged product, and is very healthy! I like to serve it alongside oven fried chicken, and it is amazing inside fish tacos too!

What really attracted me to this recipe was the southwestern slaw. I love slaw in many variations. And this is made with broccoli slaw. The pork dish looks delicious as well. Pork is always on sale at my local market so I use it a lot. I also use my slow cooker a lot because it just makes things so easy. This meal will go on my list. I just love the fact you put everything together in one pot, forget about it for a few hours and then you have a delicious meal. And you have leftovers. Can't wait to try it.

My son is such a huge fan of the Memphis BBQ flavor. I can see him making a big deal out of this dish when he talks to his friends. I love the fresh slaw that you add to the recipe. It brightens up the meat and makes the pockets a lot lighter than they would be without it.

Pulled pork and cole slaw--AMAZING! I don't know what Memphis style BBQ is, but by the list of ingredients, I am intrigued. The zippy tangy BBQ with crunchy cole slaw on top makes a great dinner. My pulled pork recipe is just pork with some type of pop, like Dr. Pepper. It's good, but I am looking for a new recipe.
