Slow Cooker Reuben Sandwiches
"Slow Cooker Reuben Sandwiches are perfect for leftover corned beef after your St. Patrick's Day dinner with a quick sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing. Rubens are one of those dishes that I think people either love or hate, am I right? My kids may or may not be a fan of this sandwich, but I sure love them. I like to put them on wheat bread because I am not a fan of rye, but I love the use of corned beef to make a sandwich. It just feels like lunch for some reason.

The pictures of this recipe are amazing! This Reuben looks even better than any Reuben I've ordered in a restaurant. I can't wait to make these. I wish I had found this recipe closer to St. Patrick's Day, but I can still make it any time. I have to say, Reubens are one of my all-time favorite sandwiches.
