Taco-Style Sloppy Joes
Remix your favorite sloppy joe recipe with these slow cooker Taco-Style Sloppy Joes! This recipe adds Mexican flavors by using enchilada seasoning instead of the traditional sloppy joe sauce for a fun new take on an old classic. The spicy ground beef is slow cooked and served atop a soft roll with cheese, avocado, and all your favorite taco fixings. This is such an easy recipe that will leave plenty of food left over. With a side of beans or rice, these sandwiches would make a great Sunday night dinner.

We love taco meat in our house, but I have never thought to use it to make a sandwich. I can see putting this on sub buns and letting everyone pile on olives or banana peppers as they want. I bet that would make a fun buffet style dinner for everyone to make, don't you think? I love the idea! Thanks for sharing.
