Garlic Cauliflower Mash
Looking to change up your side dishes? This recipe for Garlic Cauliflower Mash mimics mashed potatoes. It's creamy and delicious. Instead of using potatoes, you use cauliflower. Garlic cloves and a bay leaf give this slow cooker side dish its flavor. Mash your cooked cauliflower by hand or use a blender to make it creamier. Serve your slow cooker cauliflower with chives or green onions. You could also garnish it with cheese, sour cream, or any other potato fixings.

Our family loves mashed cauliflower. The variations are endless. While I have never made them in a slow cooker, I am curious as to whether or not it makes them more solid like mashed potatoes. Typically, I will add cheese or cream cheese to bulk them up a little as it has a tendancy to be a little bit runny. Has anyone made this that could tell me if they really are as they appear in the photo? This could change my whole way of making mashed cauliflower!
